Orders under $3,000 will be sent via NZ POST COURIER with signature on delivery. Orders over $3,000 will be sent via DHL or FEDEX with signature on delivery.

Jewellery in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. Some items are made to order. Please check in the item description for the production time frame. Precious jewellery is generally 4-8 weeks and sterling silver jewellery 2-4 weeks. For urgent orders email prior to purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Modifications are subject to revised production timelines.
